These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Site, and by your access and use of the Site you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions please refrain from using this Site.

The Site and its content are governed by the laws applicable to the province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes relating thereto are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
